Steve was great from day one. Trying to sell a property while not living in the same city - or even country! - can be quite cumbersome and difficult to manage. I remember that first day when he said to me, "Don't worry. I'll take care of everything." And boy, did he! The entire process as as stress-free as any sale can be and Steve kept me up to date on all of the important things, while happily leaving me out of the lesser important things. His knowledge of the local and hyper-local market was incredibly helpful as I hadn't lived in the area for almost 9 years.
