Easy experience working with Steve Abbe and Wendy Ross. From start to finish I was keenly aware that I was dealing with the very best. I flew in from Sioux Falls SD very late on a Saturday , by Tuesday’s sunset all the T’s had been crossed and the I’s dotted! I flew home with my dream condo in my grasp. Those three days were a whirl wind of documents that needed to be signed, information that I needed to dig up to give to them, etc. , they guided me at every turn, and kept me apprised of what they might need next and what I could expect around the corner. Very patient! We had to see everything available, revisited the finalists, considered remodeling one, trying to find the best alternative. We made bids on several different properties before finally getting a contract. Steve was very dogged in helping us sort things out. Had a good grasp about what could be done to tailor things to our specs and a good handle on the costs for various projects and who to use to get the work done. He is a very hard worker, and is quick to respond to calls. He has a great staff that helps you make the most of your time and his.

Coming from another state the real estate laws are very different. Steve made the confusing differences very simple. Very honest and hard working. I'm sure he knows his "stuff" regarding any home selection but was particularly helpful in choosing a golf course community. He's a PGA pro.
Steve knows the area extremely well. He also has valuable insights into marketing a home. Having work as a head gold professional at 2 area Clubs, he is very familiar with all the amenities at The Oaks Club and Prestancia. He always makes himself available for showings and was helpful in assisting the completion of necessary repair projects to the property when we were out of town.
Steve Abbe is the very best. He works hard and is always available. He understands the market and I would use him again. Steve is also very patient. The time to downsize had arrived and while appropriate it was also emotional. We sold our home of 22 years in two days at the right price. We were expecting it to take at least six months. Steve also helped us find a beautiful condominium to move into. He was there for us all the way.
