Stetson is amazing! Due to market conditions at the time of this review, it was required to see homes as soon at they were available on the market. Stetson was available morning, afternoon, and evening through my home buying process for showings, questions, and updates. Stetson even scheduled for a showing at 9pm one evening to accommodate my schedule despite having his own commitments. After viewing the house, Stetson immediately wrote up my offer and was on the phone with the listing agent that same evening. Without Stetson being available, I am sure the sellers of the current home I'm in would have selected one of the other offers they already had on the property. Stetson is a fantastic agent all around. Selling my home, Stetson went above and beyond to help stage the home for selling, taking professional pictures of my ranch, and driving foot traffic up during open house and other showings. His experience and knowledge shines, proven by the multiple above-asking offers I had to review only after listing the house for one day.
