I was impressed that Sterling knew every builder in the area of my home and what they were charging for similar properties to mine. She also showed me the comparables in the area and explained her recommended pricing for my home. Her communication was perfect and she was very professional during the entire process.

Sterling was hands-on from the moment she began. The listing was very professional. Her presentation of the property was complete with professional pictures. She also provided tremendous guidance of the market issues in the area of the property and provided thorough advice at the time of listing, during negotiations and at closing. She is very knowledgeable and professional in every way.
