Stephen Sweigart

Our history with Stephen is larger than most. My wife and I, 4 years ago, decided to buy an investment property in Somerville, MA. Stephen help us with both the buying and selling of this property. We received regular updates on potential properties, meetings were set up and he was always there before us, the keys and details in hand. In selling he again exceeded our ecpectations by helping us 'stage' our place and the sale was done in days and over asking! Very professional.
