Steve did a great job for us!! We were moving back to VT from FL and housing was selling fast! He immediately went to the new house "just listed" and took videos for us to see the place. He gave us his opinion on the condition of the property and fairness of the asking price. We placed our offer "site unseen" and our offer was the one accepted! I would absolutely recommend Steve to any of my friends and family looking for a new home in Vermont. That’s the short version, here’s the long version, if you have a moment to spare…Steve is the most patient, thorough, dedicated agent I’ve ever worked with. We started looking for our forever home back in 2021. At the time we were sort of passive looking, not sure what we wanted. I was sending Steve listings from all over Vermont and he bent over backwards to accommodate my whims ( and always with a smile..at least I think he was smiling, we were all wearing masks in 2021). Then the market went crazy. Folks were flocking to Vermont and listings were getting many offers and it was a wild ride. We decided to sell our home and travel around the country in an RV, while still sending Steve listings and we did virtual tours for about a year( in hindsight, Steve deserves an award for that alone), putting a few offers in, but no luck. We came back to the state in 2022, and after countless searching, showings and offers, we found an awesome house and Steve was all over it. He got us a showing immediately, and we fell in love with the home, made an offer and now it’s ours. One thing to point out, we were pretty beat down at this point after so many ups and downs, but Steve stayed positive and kept us going at times. Steve was extremely responsive right from the start! When we wanted to move from Florida and buy a place in Burlington we felt confident he would take care of everything in our absence.
