I first met Shu a few years ago when he was helping our daughter and son-in-law sell their home and buy a new one. They invited me along to view a home. I was impressed with Shu’s honesty and integrity. I decided then that when it was time for my husband and me to sell our home and buy a new home that I really hoped that Shu could be our realtor. That time came! He patiently and expertly advised us on getting our home ready to sell and we sold it quickly for a good price. He has spent many hours with us helping us to find a new home that meets our needs for home and office. Shu gives expert, experienced advice...always with kindness, respect and patience. He listened carefully as we shared our needs in a new home. He answered our many questions thoughtfully. Shu consistently shared honestly with us and also lightened many moments with his gentle humor. He made the challenging process of selling and buying a home better and we have told him that we could’ve done it without him. We highly recommend Shu.

What? Only a five-star system? We want to give our realtor Shu ten stars! The first quality a person needs in a realtor is trustworthiness. Above all, you must be able to trust your realtor's integrity, and thankfully, with a long connection to Shu through our family, we had that trust from the outset of our relationship with him as a professional. The second quality one needs in a realtor is depth of understanding of his business. We have found that there is no relevant question about selling or buying a house that Shu can't answer. He not only answered all our questions (about both selling and buying), but was often able to help us understand by illustrations from his years of experience in the business. A third quality that's great to have in a realtor is problem-solving ability. How do you solve a problem with a house you're trying to sell, or with a house you might be interested in buying? Well, Shu can tell you. And, if the problem requires the attention of a professional from a different trade, Shu knows a guy! A fourth quality that people need in a realtor, especially in the current super-heated housing market, is availability. Shu has a family and a full business schedule, but he was always able to find openings for us to meet and to tour houses, and he is always very prompt in returning calls and answering texts and emails. The frosting on the cake is personality. Shu is the friend everybody wishes they had! Kind, empathetic, GREAT listener, amazing memory regarding our needs and preferences, always positive, good sense of humor, God-trusting. I'm insisting on TEN stars!

I can't say enough good things about Shu. He comes with a wealth of knowledge of the industry, many years of experience, and great customer service. Shu guided us smoothly through the processes of selling our house and then buying a new one, all within one month. With his expertise, my husband and I received multiple offers and ended up selling our house for more than the list price. Shu is simply the best!
