To anyone thinking about listing their Naples Area home, I just wanted to let you know the kind of experience we had with the realtor we chose to list our home. Steve Reed. He met with us viewed our home and went through the comparable sales in our Neighborhood. He told us what he felt the current market value of the home was. Which he also said he could get us an offer in that range in short order. We decided to list at a higher price which he agreed to do but warned us it may take a little longer to achieve. Ever since the home was listed we could always count on Steve to communicate with us weekly. He would tell us How many showings we had the last week. What the feedback was from those showings What new marketing he had done for your home in the last week And Any other pertinent information regarding the sale of our home. Within short order we had received an offer but much lower than what we wanted and lower than even what Steve had suggested we could get. Steve was in agreement that we should not accept the offer. We countered and it was not accepted (Yet) Within a couple of weeks the same buyer was back , looking again, this time they made an offer within the acceptable range for cash and we accepted. Steve was very professional and prompt in every stage of the process from listing, marketing , communication, negotiations and closing procedures.
