I can’t say enough positive words to describe Steve Ravinski’s performance as my real estate agent. Always available, extremely knowledgeable in the market, expert at contracts and the importance of deadlines. I would highly recommend Steve as your agent for all properties big and small.

We closed our Florida property on March 27 during the Covid-19 crisis. That would have been difficult enough but we were out of state buyers having to secure a mortgage and work with a condo association. Steve was very patient walking us through the process and staying on top of deadlines, forms due, securing a building inspector, lender, etc. He was always available to communicate with and had to assume many roles for us as we couldn't get to Florida to make sure requested repairs were done timely and efficiently. He also had to do our final walk through as we had a remote closing due to travel restrictions. He did a great job finding us our condo and negotiating a good price. I can't imagine anyone doing a better job and give him the highest recommendation. I know I wasn't his only client but he always made me feel like I was.

His professionalism and knowledge is beyond what most realtors have to offer. He is not only pro-active and extremely protective of his clients, he also makes certain that he is in full control of the entire transaction. My deal was very complicated and he hit many roadblocks, but with his guidance and advise - I had no need to worry that he was acting in our best interest!
