I really enjoyed working with Stephen, he was always there when needed, very patient, honest and positive with everything. He really knows his stuff! When Stephen helped me find the right house, he communicated with the lender, kept me updated and always checked it. It made things alot smoother! He even was there at closing and still checks in! We bought a new property through Steven and his patience in the process, knowledge of the industry, and network of associates made the process extremely easy compared to past dealings. Stephen was super helpful throughout the whole process and was always there if I had any questions day or night! This was a bit of a scary process as it was my first home but he stood by me with a positive attitude and told me we would get thru anything!!
Stephen is AMAZING he always made himself available and had the answers to every question I could possibly come up with no matter the time of day. He took us to see probably 30 different houses and stayed on top when we put offers in. He is honest and will tell you what you need to hear.
