A good realtor is worth every dime is what I have learned. It felt fantastic to have someone who was willing to answer any questions and keep me updated on every move being made as it related to the property. My wife and I would without doubt choose him again if we were to purchase or sell another property. 5 🌟 He has a ton of market experience in my area and did a lot of showings on my behalf. Professionalism was always on display in our interactions and every member of my family enjoyed their interactions with him. He would frequently communicate with me by all methods text , email , and phone . He would always say " when it's convenient for you" when it was time to discuss anything related to the property.

Stephen went above and beyond selling our home. After helping us set the price, we had an offer withing days, for the full asking price, with closing just five weeks later. We had moved out before the offer, and Stephen kept us fully advised of the sale and also helped us when we required some local help to take care of a few small items. This was not our first home sales or purchase, and Stephen truly went above and beyond for us. We cannot recommend him enough.
Last year, during a very tricky market, we were simultaneously selling our Swansboro home and buying a home in Greenville. Here is what makes Steve a cut WAY above the rest: 1) Honesty/integrity- he wasn’t just trying to quickly sell us a home. Rather, he was always looking out for us to make sure we got the right home at the right price. 2) Communication- if you text or call Steve, he will always get right back to you if he can’t take your call. I don’t think we ever waited more than an hour to hear back from him, and most times, it was immediate. 3) Coaching (for lack of a better term)- Steve coaches you through the entire home buying process. Buying and selling a house can be overwhelming, but Steve is so helpful in moving his clients from a state of overwhelm to an attitude of, “I can do this!” I have known a lot of real estate agents over the years, and I can honestly say, there is simply no one better in this industry than Steve Nilsen!
