Stephen was absolutely phenomenal throughout our home selling process! He was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, and expertly guided us through every step, even when things got complicated. Stephen's knowledge of the market and negotiation skills were top-notch, securing us the perfect buyers at the asking price. We highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a dedicated and trustworthy realtor.

I did not know Greenville. Ashley was extremely informative, accommodating and able to identify exactly the type of housing I was looking for. The experience was very efficient and enjoyable!

Steve was great! He’s very helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect of the home buying process. I really felt like he was truly looking out for best interest the entire time.

I’ve been working with Steve and Ashley for years now. They’ve helped us with personal property and investment property. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We love working with them.

My first impression of Stephen was, "Wow, this guy is prepared!" He came to our first meeting having done research, and set my expectations well. Stephen was easy to communicate with and always seemed available when I needed to ask a question. I would 100% work with Stephen again.

Ashley Nilsen was sooo amazing. She is very knowledgeable and what she didn't know she directed me in the right direction. The process of buying a home can be overwhelming, Ashley walked me thru each step and was always available. There also was so many occasions that she was literally in my head. Always on the same page. I would definitely recommend her services and utilize her again if I am able to purchase more property in the future.

Stephen was professional, very knowledgeable about real estate and made the process of selling my home a good experience. He was always available in person or by phone to answer my questions or to get things done. My house sold in a few months and I am very happy with Stephen as my agent. I would certainly use him again in the future. I highly recommend Stephen as your agent if you’re selling or buying!

A good realtor is worth every dime is what I have learned. It felt fantastic to have someone who was willing to answer any questions and keep me updated on every move being made as it related to the property. My wife and I would without doubt choose him again if we were to purchase or sell another property. 5 🌟 He has a ton of market experience in my area and did a lot of showings on my behalf. Professionalism was always on display in our interactions and every member of my family enjoyed their interactions with him. He would frequently communicate with me by all methods text , email , and phone . He would always say " when it's convenient for you" when it was time to discuss anything related to the property.

I really can't say enough good things about Ashley Nilsen. She picked up on our style and taste quickly. She diligently showed us everything we were interested in. It was a long process but we finally made it to closing. She was a saint working with the other realtor that was hard to get along with. Ashley was very professional and gave us great advice on that professional level. We would highly recommend her and her team to anyone who needs a good realtor.

Stephen went above and beyond selling our home. After helping us set the price, we had an offer withing days, for the full asking price, with closing just five weeks later. We had moved out before the offer, and Stephen kept us fully advised of the sale and also helped us when we required some local help to take care of a few small items. This was not our first home sales or purchase, and Stephen truly went above and beyond for us. We cannot recommend him enough.

Last year, during a very tricky market, we were simultaneously selling our Swansboro home and buying a home in Greenville. Here is what makes Steve a cut WAY above the rest: 1) Honesty/integrity- he wasn’t just trying to quickly sell us a home. Rather, he was always looking out for us to make sure we got the right home at the right price. 2) Communication- if you text or call Steve, he will always get right back to you if he can’t take your call. I don’t think we ever waited more than an hour to hear back from him, and most times, it was immediate. 3) Coaching (for lack of a better term)- Steve coaches you through the entire home buying process. Buying and selling a house can be overwhelming, but Steve is so helpful in moving his clients from a state of overwhelm to an attitude of, “I can do this!” I have known a lot of real estate agents over the years, and I can honestly say, there is simply no one better in this industry than Steve Nilsen! If you are buying or selling a home in eastern North Carolina, look no further!

Steve is an essential part of my team. He’s guided me through many transactions over the past six years. There’s no one I would trust more to advise me in purchasing or selling real estate. He is a very knowledgeable, no pressure advisor.
