Steve helped me so much in my Executor duties,I can't say enough about him. What a disaster of a property I had to sell. He actually came and helped me clean it out,! Who does that? We had a renter in the house and he found me a mobile home in an area that the guy could qualify for. He got me a great deal on it. He helped brainstorm how to remove a guy who literally put up a tent on the front drive and was using the address,although he was told to cease and desist. He got the estate top dollar. I remember when that house and property were nice and it's sad what it turned into. We got it stripped down so the Buyer could see the potential in it. His partner Elizabeth really sealed the deal,showing me pictures if some previous neglected properties they had cleaned out. I could then see the value in clearing out 3 large dumpsters, 9 small dumpsters and every week full trash cans of garbage.,instead of throwing my hands in the air and calling a certain TV personality to bid on the place as is. What a great team,I'm hiring them to sell the desert property the owner had too.
