We were selling an older home that we had spent a great deal of time/effort/finances on restoring to a more modern feel, but unfortunately could not eliminate all the old quirks. Steve made sure to highlight the big new changes while still upselling the charm of the home and the neighborhood. Our house went under contract in 10 days of hitting the market even at the tail end of the seller's market. The buyers loan was and FHA which came with many stipulations for an older home. A stressful process to go through for anyone, but Steve was exceptionally communicative and single-handedly pushed the deal through despite a more lackadaisical approach from the buyer's agency. We are very grateful to have had Steve on our side pushing things along as I'm sure many other agents would have been much less motivated to do so in the current market.
