He showed me several options and the ones I did not want there was absolutely no pressure to buy. After looking at several properties throughout the day, he found me exactly what I was looking for. He negotiated the price and did a tremendous job.

Stephen was available when ever we called. We lived out of the state and it was very helpful to know that when we called he would pick up the phone and talk to us. When looking at houses he was willing to walk us through via the phone. It was very helpful. If he didn't know the answer to any of our question he was will to find the answer.
