Stephen was great to work with. He is very knowledgeable about both the area I was looking at and what was available in my price range. He showed me several options and the ones I did not want there was absolutely no pressure to buy. After looking at several properties throughout the day, he found me exactly what I was looking for. He negotiated the price and did a tremendous job.
Steve took care of everything for me and went "above & beyond" meeting expectations. Easy transaction with no issues.
Stephen was available when ever we called. We lived out of the state and it was very helpful to know that when we called he would pick up the phone and talk to us. When looking at houses he was willing to walk us through via the phone. It was very helpful. If he didn't know the answer to any of our question he was will to find the answer. If we ever decide to buy another house we will definitely call Stephen Kunisch.
Stephen has 18 properties for sale and sold 18 properties in the last 12 months, showing 4, sorted by most recent activity
