We started talking to Steve about selling our house even before we made a final decision to put it on the market. He was so helpful about explaining what he felt was a good price for us to consider and kept in touch until we decided what we were going to do. He gave us great advise about how to prepare the house for showing and always gave us ample time to get ready for showing. Fortunately our house sold quickly .
