I couldn't be happier with my experience using Flat Fee MLS. I originally purchased my first home with a realtor but wanted to sell it without one. After learning about Flat Fee I realized it was possible. I purchased the basic package as I paid a 3rd party for pictures and had my own FSBO sign. I also wrote the description myself (not sure if this is an added option from Flat Fee). It took about 3 days from the submission of my listing to Flat Fee to the time I got updates about my house being listed for sale. From that point forward Flat Fee is very responsive when an offer is submitted and send them to you very quickly for review (with the exception of offers coming in after 10pm). Documents are usually sent to you via an electronic signature capable software (i.e. Docu sign) You're also given access to the appointment scheduler (cant remember the name) which has an insanely responsive call center to help out with everything. The buyers agent never brought up an issue with having to pay a fee to Flat Fee and the process was very smooth. Everything worked out very well and I will 100% never use an agent to sell a house.
