Best way to sell

Other realtors wanted almost $21k in commissions to sell our home. We found Stephen and his team through a google search and were hesitant on using his service. How is it that this company can save me almost $20k and still sell my house. Based on prior reviews, and reading through the contract thoroughly we decided to just do it. The ladies in the office are super nice and very helpful. Our service provided us a professional photographer to take the pictures of our home which gave us an advantage. We had various contracts within 24-hours. We had that buyer back out at the last minute and Stephens team was very supportive and helped guide us through the next contract. Excellent communication and service!
