The team was knowledgeable, helpful and always very prompt in answering questions I had. I 100% recommend his service for MLS listing if you don’t want to pay a realtor’s commission. There was about a $300 additional free at closing to t Flat Fee that could have been waived if I used their suggested title company. It was still completely worth it for all the money I saved.
