Great experience with Flat Fee MLS Realty

I used Flat Fee MLS to sell a condo in Brickell and it I was SOLD. Flat Fee made a lot of sense in my case because agents can't show amenities by themselves in my building due to the association's restrictions. So why use a traditional agent if they can't do what I am as a seller can do and save a lot of commission. My experience with Flat Fee was great. They have a good business model and enough volume to continue growing their business, I think. I wish them a lot of success. I used their photo service that they referred and it worked well. What I like about Flat Fee the most is that they are very responsive, either by email or by phone. They are very straight forward with their business model - they list the property for you on the MLS and you do the rest. I saved 3% on seller agent commission and felt very good about it. I am having 2 more properties on Flat Fee MLS, they are my listing agent.
