Sold for more money and less fees in about 3 weeks

I was very happy with my experience with Stephan Hachey and FlatFeeMLS Realty. There was some paperwork for the listing that took a while, which Stephan walked me through. I also uploaded pictures of my property, some of which loaded sideways, but Stephan’s team fixed them. Once on the MLS, realtors called Stephan’s team to schedule showings. I had a buyer in three weeks, interestingly for $25,000 more than a "full-service" realtor said he could sell my house for, and he wanted a 6% sales commission. I only paid 2% plus $249, saving me around $10,000 in fees, and the house was under contract in about three weeks.
