FLAT FEE MLS REALTY is the new way of listing homes with fraction of the cost. You want to avoid those troubles to receive scammers calls if you try to sell yourself. Only suggestion is to give seller options to post more pictures than 25.

I especially liked the showing time app to schedule showings and communicate with buyer's agents. I would always be there anyway to open drapes and turn on lights for the showings, so it worked out great.
