It is a lot of calls selling your own home and you don’t really get to screen out folks who don’t qualify. The buyers’ agents do the showings but they aren’t there to sell your home. You’re going to have to make time to be there and ask for the sale and make it happen or wait for luck.
My experience was not what I expected. 1st it started with the for sale sign not being installed for a while after it was paid for. I was given the story of having a hard time finding a company to install cause of covid. Then I was told a "NEW" company was going to be used... though the sign was a reused Flat fee listing sign of this company. (how can it be new??) and to add on to it, the sign is still sitting at the house after a month of the house being sold and closed on. Then I was charged extra money for not using their title agency. This was a fee that was not disclosed anywhere on the site until after I already had signed up to use their service. It took several emails back and forth to them to tell them over and over that I would not be using their title agency for the closing. Once closing came close, the fee showed up. I do not recommend their service by any means. And their (Market Analysis was wayyyy off also. House sold for much more than what they thought the price should be at.
We use this Company on a regular basis and we will continue to do so. It works perfectly for us and they make it so simple.
