My grandson and I met Stephen from an ad. We were looking to purchase a 2 bed 2 bath condo in the Boca Raton area. Stephen set up 3 appointments that day. He was prompt, informative and professional. We fell in love with the 2nd unit, made the full price and cash offer which was accepted by seller. Stephen was on top of this game. The unit was on the market for only hours. He continually responded to me answering each and every phone call personally, assistant me thru the contract, and even though he suffered with Covid, he responded to all my questions and issues right to my closing. I called him about 3 weeks after closing to see if he could send to me a conversation between my attorneys office and the condo board regarding their approval for my grandson to reside in the unit. The very same day he emailed me the entire conversation between the parties. That was above and beyond!! He is a wonderful sales person and I say this after having worked in NY for 42 years as a licensed RE Broker.
