Steve is hands down the only person I would trust. When it comes to professionalism you could not get any better. He is caring and really wants what's best for you. I was amazed by his incite and his dedication. Truly, just an amazing person. You cannot go wrong with him...incredible. His knowledge of the market is incredible and makes you feel safe. Steve Floyd has been the absolute best Realtor ever I have personally delt with many realtors in different states but Steve Floyd was superior. I live in Colorado and Steve Floyd helped my grandson purchase a home for which I paid for. Steve went out of his way to show my grandson homes and he reported back to me on ones he liked and what he felt was wrong with them. Then my grandson found the perfect home and Steve kept me up to date on everything. We went over the inspection report together we discussed what needed to be repaired by the owners and what we would take off the price to do other repairs. Steve didn’t push my grandson into anything. He was honest and sincere and if I were to purchase a home in PA I would definitely give Steve a call. He was a true blessing to me, made everything so easy and understandable I highly recommend Steve Floyd to sell your home or help you purchase one. He comes across as super honest and very caring. I like that in a realtor not one that pushes you to buy the first home you see.
