Steve is a fantastic realtor. While looking at houses, he showed his empirical knowledge about home ownership and specifically pointed out things that might need further attention. His first hand experience saved us countless of headaches and future costs when looking at houses that looked good at first glance, but needed an structural professional to investigate. He provided us with a very accurate estimate on how much the homes would be appraised for and used that for our advantage when we put in an offer. On top of everything, he is very trustworthy and kind. I felt like when we found our dream home and knew it was the right fit, he felt it with us. 10/10 would recommend.
