We had struggled with selling our condo, but were given Stephen's name by our former neighbor (he had previously sold their condo) and could not have been more pleased. He not only sold the condo, but was extremely responsive (something that I feel is somewhat lost these days - and trust me, I have been relocated 6 times in 3 years), and we even asked him to assist us in our next home purchase.
