The property that we were selling was one that was owned by my son, that had just passed away. We were not even aware of this property. So when Steve got involved with it, he just took the rein and got all the information needed and got it resolved in no time at all. Our expectations were low but by the time it was all done we were totally surprised at the outcome. A great thanks to Steve for working above and beyond his duties. No one could have asked for any more then what he provided.
