Overall experience from day 1 with Stephen went well with initial Land acquisition experience being a key part of the trust we had going forward with the construction project and having Stephen on board to market the property and bring us up to date daily in regards to a quick closing as well as handling the non listing agents access to the property.

I bought at a time were you had to rush to see a house the same day it came on the market it was crazy but we were able to find and close on a home that was just the right fit for me and my family thank you Stephen for all your help and knowledge.
