Stephen did two back to back transactions for my wife and I. We decided to buy a townhouse for our son and at the same time sell a townhouse we owned. We made a non-contingent offer on the townhome we were buying. At the same time we enlisted Stephen to sell the townhouse we owned. Both transactions were completed within six weeks without a hitch.
