Stephen was very attentive to our needs as buyers and showed us properties we might have otherwise considered. I felt like he had a strong eye for what we were looking for in a home. My partner and I wanted a place that would be close to my daughter's school and parks, and one that felt secluded from major roads. We are learning to be DIY people and Stephen was very helpful in talking about what work we could do ourselves and things that were beyond our paygrade.
