Stephen has been absolutely fantastic! We had issues with our previous agent who just was not responsive/knowledgeable enough to help us in the extremely competitive seller’s market. Stephen understood our concerns and frustration; he then very quickly figured out what was important to us even before we knew it. He found us the perfect house on the first day we went viewing homes! He knew our home was priced fairly in the competitive buyer’s market, so we put in an offer, and it was accepted. He was very responsive and helpful throughout the process all the way to closing. We will be highly recommending him to friends and family. Importantly, he treats you as if you are a family member who is buying or selling their property. He is extremely knowledgeable, has a lot of great contacts and always puts his client’s needs and wants as first and only priority!
