Steve was truly terrific as my realtor. Unfortunately, we had to put the condo on the market just at the time sales had slowed down. Sales at that time were harder to make. However, he was able to get a buyer within just a few days for the asking price. He did little extra things that made the condo more salable before placing it in MLS. Also, we had several little glitches before the closing. He was extremely helpful in resolving those and didn't put any of the burden on me. For example, there was an outstanding inspection that needed to be completed on some outside work and we were not aware of that. He made all the calls to have the city schedule and do the inspection. He goes above and beyond the expected and I couldn't have been happier with my realtor.
