When we decided to make the long distance move from Michigan to Florida we were very concerned about who to contact for a realtor. We could not have gotten luckier when we found Steve and Kristine. I believe our searching adventure began back in September 2021 when we first met Kristine. Kristine was phenomenal to work with, yet again. Four years ago she was my agent when I purchased this house, and there was no question I would use her when it came time to sell. There were so many curveballs thrown at us and she handled each and every one, many times fixing the problems herself before I even knew there was an issue. I can very definitively state that the closing would NOT have happened on time if it wasn't for her working her magic.
