After our home had been on the market for 6 months, we decided to make a change. A decision that led us to Stephanie. Upon applying her marketing strategy for our home, we had multiple people interested and looking. Buyers coming back for second looks until through a series of negotiations we finally landed on a buyer! She listed in October and we had an offer by February!
