First of all, Stephanie was the listing agent. BUT , I was treated as if I search her out and then hired her as my Personal guide ! I was spoiled. She even arranged to have the Title company come to me on closing day..I signed and had the documents notarized right there. I was from out of state and staying in an AIRBNB almost 2 hours from the house I purchased .This was so wonderfully convenient and an appreciated courtesy. The whole experience was carefree . If I had an issue or a problem on my end , it always ended up being " no big deal ". Couldn't ask for better communication, response time . It didn't even matter what time of day etc...Stephanie makes herself available 24/7. Patient, so very thoughtful. Whether you are selling or buying. Seek her out !!!! She is top notch at what she does.
