Upon preparing to sell our property we hired a surveyor who found a discrepancy on our deed that we were not aware of. We informed Steph of this issue and she did an excellent job of staying in touch with both the surveyor & our lawyer and keeping us informed as things progressed. Thru the remainder of the sale she kept us up to date as to how things were progressing and answering the many questions we had. The next house we sell will certainly be handled by Stephanie.
