Everything was done in a timely manner and all questions were answered. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me with this experience. I was a first time buyer and they really made the whole process seamless from start to end. I would definitely recommend them to anybody in the market that is looking to buy or sell.

I would like to give a Big shout out to Stephanie Wickham of Christmas Country Homes. Upon preparing to sell our property we hired a surveyor who found a discrepancy on our deed that we were not aware of. We informed Steph of this issue and she did an excellent job of staying in touch with both the surveyor & our lawyer and keeping us informed as things progressed. Thru the remainder of the sale she kept us up to date as to how things were progressing and answering the many questions we had. The next house we sell will certainly be handled by Stephanie. She was excellent. Sold our home in far less than expected time. She made several showings of new homes for us. She was always right there ready for the next step.
