Stephanie was by far the best possible person to work with. She was incredible helpful with finding and narrowing down the property I wanted. This was my first home purchase and Stephanie held my hand the entire way. She as always willing to answer any questions I may have had and was incredible throughout the entire process. She kept tabs on the mortgage broker and the sellers, making sure everything was being kept on track. I cannot recommend Stephanie enough and will absolutely be asking for her help in the future!

This is the 3rd sale/buy I had with Stephanie and it’s been nothing short of amazing. The mortgage broker that she recommended quickly got everything I would need for my pre approval so we could start checking out homes. Before we put my home on the market, she coordinated with her photographer to come out and take professional pictures of my home, inside and out. Once we had it listed, within hours, I had offers coming in without the buyer even stepping foot inside my home. During that process, Stephanie had taken my want list and put together a list of homes to go check out. We spent days looking at homes till I finally chose the perfect home for me. She had extensive knowledge of the areas I was looking in and ensured my wants were represented in each of the homes we were looking at. I was selling and buying in a dual closing, which, if anyone has done that can attest to how much anxiety that brings. The entire team that Stephanie works directly with, from the Mortgage broker, title company, inspector, photographer and most importantly, her, truly made this experience easy and stress less. Oh my goodness where do I start , ms Miller (Stephanie) with sand peak is the most kind , ambitious, professional agent I have ever worked with , Stephanie is very detail oriented and thorough , with the utmost respect for my best interest .
