Stephanie is very knowledgeable about her area. We told her our needs and she showed us a good number of places. Our biggest hurdle was finding a reasonably priced place with no stairs. Being on vacation, we had a very limited time period. She found us the ideal place in only 3 days! She is the best.

We found our home in two weeks. We walked in, and boom—we felt it was right. It honestly wouldn't have been one that I would've looked at because I was limiting myself. Some parts felt like communication was a bit off, which made my wife feel uncertain we made the right choice because of elements outside of our scope of control that delayed things—sickness with everyone, snowstorm, lenders, the static waiting between things—and with our time crunch, it didn't exactly help with the stress. My wife and I were a wreck, haha. After lots of reassurance from Stephanie and once other things started lining up, it was bada-bing, bada-boom. We are in our home, the stress just melted away, the neighbors are wonderful, some kids run around and play in the street with lots of laughter. It feels so surreal being a first-time homebuyer. Definitely would recommend Stephanie to anyone.
