Stephanie is a God send. We lived in our home for 9years. It was very emotional for us and she was very empathic from the start. We ended up being on the market for 6 months, obviously way longer than any of us expected. She stuck with it through it all. She stayed in contact keeping us updated on the rates, and what other properties for sale were doing in our area. She held several open houses, which none proved successful for foot traffic, but she stayed optimistic. She always shared feedback from showings. She constantly asked about our feelings and what we wanted to do or not do. I honestly don't think I would've been as easy going with the long drawn out sale if it wasn't for her. I can't praise her enough for the support and keeping our spirits up at a time that was stressful and daunting (to say the least). She's a beautiful lady inside and out. Honest, trustworthy, funny and upbeat. Hands down I would recommend her over and over to anyone looking for a realtor. Our situation could have been a nightmare in the wrong hands, lucky for us and thanks to Stephanie it worked out the best it could have. Thanks again lady, you're an absolute rockstar!
