Great experience

My situation was unique. My husband and I rented the property we purchased but the owner was also selling 2 other properties that all had to close at the same time for a 1031 exchange. Steph went above and beyond to help make it a smooth sale for us by helping out the landlord, who was also the seller’s agent for all 3 properties. She was always available to answer our questions and was able to put my husband at ease with his concerns. This isn’t our forever home, so we will definitely be using Steph again when it comes time for us to sell this house and buy our next.
