The journey with Stephanie Walls began in June of 2022 and closed in June 2023. This was an overwhelming project for the church trustees to sell our parsonage owned by multiple churches. She was amazing in her knowledge and continuous research to market the 1964 ranch home in Davisville. She met all our hurdles with timeliness and the trustees felt blessed to have her educate us in each area of business needed to meet the criteria of each contract we had. Multiple contracts came and went as we had stipulations of “as is” cash or conventional loan only. Stephanie was a positive piece and saw our sale to completion with pride. This journey began in January of 2022. When the trustees began the process to sell the parsonage at 6251 Staunton Turnpike, Davisville, Wv 26142 in February we had to start the process to remove the current people form living in the residence.
