This was my fourth transaction with Stephanie in one year. The main reason we keep coming back to her to buy and sell our and our family's properties is her connections! Not only did she get us top dollar for our home (and over asking price) when the buyer's agent threatened to stall escrow due to the home supposedly needing a new roof, Stephanie called in a favor to one of her roofing experts who showed up THE NEXT DAY on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND and did their own assessment, suggesting repairs costing around $1500 versus the $18K which the buyers were requesting for a whole new roof. In the end, both the buyers and we were satisfied and we closed escrow right on time. I am so grateful to Stephanie for her knowledge and extensive expertise on all things real estate but we are especially grateful that she knows who to call no matter WHAT the hiccup is... and those contractors, service people, even cleaning crews, do whatever Stephanie asks of them in a timely and affordable manner. We will be using her for every real estate transaction we have until she retires; there is nobody in the industry better than she is.
