Stephanie is such an amazing agent to work with! As a first time home buyer, she walked us through the whole process, pointed things out to us, if there were any issues she would already have a plan of action when she let you know so we never worried. She was with us every step of the way! She will travel to help you buy or sell. I just can’t say enough good things about her! She always texted or picked up the phone when we called even when she was out of town or late at night to answer questions on the house or on paperwork we were signing. I cannot recommend her enough! This was my fourth transaction with Stephanie in one year. The main reason we keep coming back to her to buy and sell our and our family's properties is her connections! Not only did she get us top dollar for our home (and over asking price) when the buyer's agent threatened to stall escrow due to the home supposedly needing a new roof, Stephanie called in a favor to one of her roofing experts who showed up THE NEXT DAY on a HOLIDAY WEEKEND and did their own assessment, suggesting repairs costing around $1500 versus the $18K which the buyers were requesting for a whole new roof. In the end, both the buyers and we were satisfied and we closed escrow right on time. I am so grateful to Stephanie for her knowledge and extensive expertise on all things real estate but we are especially grateful that she knows who to call no matter WHAT the hiccup is... and those contractors, service people, even cleaning crews, do whatever Stephanie asks of them in a timely and affordable manner. We will be using her for every real estate transaction we have until she retires; there is nobody in the industry better than she is.

This is the second house that Stephanie has assisted us with. Her professionalism is excellent and knowledge can’t be surpassed. We encountered a couple of bumps along the way, and having moved across the country, we relied on her expertise to pull through and close our deal. She set up a beautiful drone footage video that captured all the wilderness around the house, added a lighted sign at the main road with a QR code, and hit many other marketing goals with her various connections and the home not only became a "hot home" on Redfin within days, we had 8 offers from which to choose AND got tens of thousands of dollars over asking price.
