With more than 20 years of experience, Stephanie represents clients across all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including sales, leasing, development, advising and investment rentals.
Stephanie plays a key role in a women-owned real estate investment and management company, serving as Real Estate Advisor, Developer, and Portfolio Manager. She oversees property operations, marketing, acquisitions, sales, leasing, tenant selection, lease administration, and client communication.
Originally from Northern Michigan and raised in Southwest Florida, Stephanie spent her formative years in Charlotte County and graduated with honors from Charlotte High School. She earned both a B.S. and an M.S. in Nutrition from the University of Florida (UF). While there, involved in teaching with the first internet course for nutrition education with GNC, conducted funded research studys, and published Research in Journal of the American Dietetic Association publication on veterans, stress management, and nutrition while working for UF.
Stephanie returned to Charlotte County to support her family’s business, contribute to the community, and raise her family. Her deep knowledge of the area strengthens her real estate practice. As a director in the Tromble Family Foundation, she remains committed and passionate to giving back to local communities.
On her free time, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Owen Gorman, her two college-age children and family. Her interests include fishing, scuba diving, spearfishing, hunting, cooking, adventurous travel, art and wellness.
