Stephanie was super flexible with my purchasing schedule and was very understanding of timelines/ cutoff for the home search. She was very communicative and proactive with the search and identifying candidate homes during the search. We encountered some minor issues during the inspection on the candidate home and she was very helpful in helping me understand action items and scheduling as well as alternatives to put in the contract if insurance inspection didn't go as planned.
