I was in the process of receiving assistance for buying a house through Cherokee Nation. In order to receive the loan, the person must find a house that meets very specific requirements. The house had to be purchased within 6 months of starting the application, must be located within certain counties, had to be within a price range, could not have certain amenities and required extra inspections and paper work. Ms. Tornberg did an amazing job finding me houses that fit ALL of those requirements and it was very evident that she did not want to just push a house to make a sell, but make sure that it would be a house that I would still love down the road. There were many times that she would point out things that I had not considered, in order to help me make the most logical choice on which home to purchase. I would highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase a home.

Stephanie helped us sell our first home. She was just fantastic! We had never sold a house before and we were pretty clueless. She was patient with us and answered our MANY questions. She worked hard doing open houses and a variety of different advertising methods. She was quick to communicate with us anytime a realtor wanted to show the house. She encouraged us along the way. Once we got an offer she worked hard for us in negotiations and continued to answer all questions we had. Even after closing, she continues to check on us. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a great realtor.
