This year, opportunity to sell the house arose, and Stephanie was there to make sure that all the arrangements from pricing, to listing, showing, receiving offers, appraising, and closing the sale were in place. The home sold and made it through escrow in the briefest time. Along with her real estate and property management skills, Stephanie knew me. She was aware of my limited time and availability. She knew my budget, and knew how I wanted to handle the property. She solved problems or had solutions in place before I had known about them. I can’t recommend Stephanie Thomas more highly. Terms like quality, efficiency, and professional are defined by her commitment to her customers. And most of all, it is a skill set she delivers with always an upbeat and positive attitude.
