tephanie is amazing! Buying a house in the Bay Area is very stressful, and after being told that on our budget, and with our needs, we would need to move further out from the East Bay than we wanted, a friend recommended her with stellar reviews, and they were right! She helped us get a house in the area we wanted, in the right school district, that was the right size, with a big yard, AND for an amazing price! She helped us navigate the bidding process, home inspections, loan process, and even helped set up flooring people, electricians, sewer lateral, seismic retrofit, and plumber. She set us up with a local lender that helped us close quickly and efficiently. Stephanie is a very clear and effective communicator. I really trust her professionally and personally. I believe that our family's best interest was her motivation, and felt like I was in very good hands with her representing us. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the East Bay.
