Stephanie is a wonderful realtor, she helped us sell our house when we thought we didn’t have any hope in selling . She is super knowledgeable and a fantastic realtor. I couldn’t thank her enough for all that she helped us with. if we move back to Utah one day she will be the one we call !

Stephanie is easily the best realtor my husband and I have ever worked with. She assisted in both the buying and selling of our home in Provo, Utah so we can confidently assess her abilities on both sides of the coin. Some things we loved about working with her: Stephanie understands the psychology of home buying and applies it expertly. She wields an arsenal of professionals to call upon- from roofing to plumbing to finance. It feels like she must know half the population of Utah! She works relentlessly- sending documents and working from 10PM one night and then 7AM the next morning. We often felt like we were her only clients! She is on top of communication, and never left us in the dark or wondering whether we should reach out. She never rushed us, and encouraged questions every step of the way. We never felt dumb or like we were wasting her time, and she was generous in her explanations. We have never felt lost or questioned what we should do- when problems or questions have arose, she calls us with a plan and does everything in her power to make things easy for us. She is an expert at anticipating needs and is proactive. My husband and I have even felt the need to check that she wasn’t doing too much for us, but she insists upon it! Stephanie is such a sweet and genuine person, that we are left feeling like a friend rather than a commission. The only downside to hiring Stephanie was that she has raised the bar so high for other realtors, that we’ll miss working with her after we move to Michigan! We cannot recommend her enough!
We were in huge mess where we had 30 days to be out of our rental home, had a new born in our home that was a month old and foster care kids...Stephanie was able to help us find a home and get all the financing in order within 45 days! we are now living in a great home in a great community. she made sure we had the testing done on the home to make sure it was right for us, as well as made sure we were happy and not just in any old home she made sure we were where we fit in and felt good to us!
She is the best agent out there for getting things done. She is professional and is easy to work with. She is great to get ahold of and quick to respond if she can't take the call.
