Stephanie did an amazing job selling our home in Parkland. It started with our initial consultation which she came to prepared with research on comps in the area and an high level understanding of the market. She priced the house fairly, hired a great photographer, and sold the story of the home perfectly. Our home sold for asking price within a day of our listing. She managed the process from offer to closing with professionalism and constant communication. We felt extremely fortunate to have her in our team advising us through the sale.

Stephanie really made the process so easy for us. She is great at communicating, marketing and allowing us to sit back and no stress.

Stephanie took us on knowing we didn’t have the luxury of time to let our house sit and wait for the ideal buyer, we needed to sell by a certain date. We managed to sell before our deadline and couldn’t be happier that we had Stephanie to help us along the way! I will always refer her.
